| I love the Autumn and Winter seasons. Why, you might ask? It is because of the contrast of the weather and the comfort of home. I love going for walks and then returning home to a warm bowl of soup or a cup of hot chocolate. It is so comforting. I think some of this picture is what the Holy Spirit does in our lives. We often face ‘storms’ or ‘changes in the weather,’ and life can be hard. God the Father knows this and has given us His Spirit to be a comforter to us -- to calm us, to remind us of His love. The Holy Spirit is our comfort, our guide and our teacher. How will you let Him comfort, guide and teach you today? |
