| Sometimes we can find worship difficult. The world craves our attention and we can get lost in how we are to praise God. Thankfully, scripture gives us clear and simple principles to help encourage us. This verse in Psalm 107 gives us one of these principles. We are to give thanks for two reasons and these two reasons will lead to many more if we follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit. We are to praise God because He is good and his mercy endures forever. These two reasons will give us 10,000 more if we let them. May they be a catalyst to you as you dwell on just how good our God is and how his mercy has set us free. May God open your mouths as you declare His praise today. |

| Father, I thank you that you are good and your intentions are only ever good. I thank you that your mercy and compassion go beyond anything I can comprehend. I thank you for my salvation.
