Evening Prayer

Today's Evening Prayer

Dear Lord, help me to rest in steadfast confidence all the days of my life. I don't want to be rocked by my emotions or feelings of this world that seem to mock who you are. I want to know at the core of my being that you are faithful, just, and good. I rest in your name tonight, Jesus, and I thank you for giving me everlasting confidence in you. In your name, amen.
